Sam Racine

This research project, conducted in collaboration with a Medtronic employee, examined approaches to organizing and presenting online product documentation for easy search and retrieval. Organizational metaphors, especially those related to brick and mortar libraries, were explored as well as techniques for visual representation in virtual spaces.
